About the Narre Warren Region

A great place to do business

Narre Warren is situated 40 kilometres south east of the Melbourne CBD and is located within the City of Casey.

The City of Casey extends from the Dandenongs, to Western Port Bay and includes the suburbs of Harkaway, Berwick, Cranbourne, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Hallam, Hampton Park, Narre Warren and also many semi rural areas.

The Narre Warren region offers the ‘best of both worlds’ being on the edge of the metropolitan area but with outlying farming districts, a fabulous environment with excellent sporting and educational opportunities including Monash University and Chisholm Tafe in nearby Berwick offering a wide range of tertiary courses.

The City of Casey is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Victoria and in the top ten fastest growing in Australia and is serviced by all major transport facilities with around 7500 people moving into the municipality each year. The city’s estimate population in February 2013 was 270,000 with a projected population of 450,000 in 2036.

Narre Warren has seen considerable growth in recent years however housing options in the region remain very affordable when compared with Melbourne’s inner urban areas so is ideal to relocate your family or even business.

Westfield Fountain Gate is central to retail within the area but pretty much all products and services can be found within our local region.

Narre Warren is a wonderful community to bring up a family while providing entertainment and facilities for all age groups.
